Iron Man Wins IGN’s Best Hero of 2007 - Go Tony Stark!

Congratulations to Iron Man Tony Stark for another outstanding achievement as IGN’s Best Hero of 2007. I have to admit I kinda thought Captain America would take the title again this year but maybe I’m just a sap…I mean the guy’s dead, people! Iron Man was my second choice for the honors so I’m happy nonetheless. You’ve come along way ol’ chap since IGN’s Best Villain of 2006.

With all the attention Iron Man has been getting in the last couple of years I’m thinking this means Spiderman-level turn out for the Iron Man movie. Iron Man seems to be everywhere now. I’m really rooting for Jon Favreau and Robert Downey Jr. - I mean what a great pairing! They’ve both always been just under the radar waiting on that little ray of sunshine to come beaming through the clouds…OK I’m still getting choked up over the Captain dying. Anyway, I’m expecting they’ll hit stratosphere in May and won’t need miniaturized transistors to do it.
